WEEK LONG WORKSHOP

April 23st to 27th 2007

August 20th to 24th 2007

 Eric will spend a week covering enlarged negative making, the use of conventional chemistry, the use of ammonium based chemistry (Zia, Ware), and several coating techniques.  He will also cover several different masking techniques and digital negative making.  The workshop will cost $700, with all materials included.  You will have a good understanding of the possibilities that platinum printing can offer you after your week in an alternative land.  Included is a copy of his book, ‘The Noble Print: Platinum and Palladium Printing’.  The class will be limited to 4 participants.

Beginning Platinum Class-

This workshop will cover the process of making platinum and palladium prints using traditional and alternative chemistries.  We will also cover the making of printing negatives both traditional silver based and digitally, preparing the paper, and finishing the print.  The workshop will be held at Eric's studio in the Dallas.  The cost is $200 and a material fee of $100 that includes a copy of his book on the platinum process.  This workshop will be limited to 4 participants. site.  If you would like to be contacted directly with information concerning these workshops, please leave me a message.

Advanced Platinum Workshop

April 20 th through 22nd 2007

September 14th through 16th
